Cookie Dough Dip

Every single time we get frozen yogurt, we always get cookie dough. It’s one of our few vices and trust me, if we could, we’d eat cookie dough by the spoonful every single day. So of course, this was a challenge when we tried to come up with a healthier version so bear with us because yes, it involves chickpeas.



What you’ll need:
2 cans of chickpeas
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
Hefty pinch of salt

Add everything to food processor and blend until smooth. Top with coconut. Serve with pretzels, graham crackers or pita chips.
